I got a medium and it fits a bit smaller but doesn’t feel tight and the material is very stretchy.

The nicest beater I’ve ever owned. I get tons of compliments wearing it around. Shapes your lats and chest perfectly. Definitely a must get for any serious lifter.
Amazing quality, super comfortable. 100% my favorite for training 🔥
I like the low sides
Great wife lover i am 200 lbs 6feet size XL
Absolute comfort
Really like the new YoungLA ultimate wife lover just as much as the first version. The updated fit makes the lats pop more, so I prefer it for back day. I still use the original for push days—both are solid.

I ordered large and it fits perfectly. It’s not too tight on the chest area and I like how it enhances your lats! I got them in light blue and grey also, but I’m thinking of getting some more!
