You can earn points through purchases and various activities, such as signing up, engaging with us, and participating in events or through the app.

For every dollar you spend online, you’ll earn points based on your VIP tier.
Points earned from purchases are calculated based on the amount paid after discounts and taxes.
The amount purchased with store credit or gift cards do not count toward points earnings.

You can redeem your points for store credit at checkout once you reach the required amount.

Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.

Yes, points expire on a per-points (FIFO) basis, 12 months after each earning event. Customers are encouraged to log in and check their balance, particularly if they earned points close to 12 months ago.

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

If an order is refunded or canceled, any points earned from that order will be removed from your available points balance.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.

VIP tiers are based on how much you spend and unlock better perks, like earning points faster and exclusive rewards.

Your VIP tier is based on how much you spend over the past 12 months. This window updates daily, so your status always reflects your most recent activity.

Once you reach a VIP tier, you keep it for 12 months from the date you earned it. During that time, you can move up to a higher tier, but you will not be moved down until the 12 months ends.

You earn 1 point for every €1 spent as a Member. As you move up VIP tiers, your earning rate increases:

• Member: 1 point per €1
• Elite: 1.15 points per €1
• Legend: 1.25 points per €1

Higher tiers earn points faster on every purchase.
