Love these sweatpants! The double layers make them pretty thick, so wearing them at the gym definitely turns up the sweat factor. They still feel and look amazing though. Its dope ! But a medium is like a large, at least for me . If I got a lg one instead of a medium it would be too baggy ..im 6ft 200 pounds.
