Returns Policy

Returning Is Easy!

We include a prepaid return label in all orders in the EU for ease of return. The return label is dependent on your location and what the general postal service area is.
All you need to do is put your items in a package, place the provided label on the package and take it to your nearest postal service that matches the return carrier.
If you are located in Norway or Switzerland you would be responsible for returning the items to our facility.

Return Policy

We will accept returns within 60 days from your orders delivery date 
    Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition

    Any items returned that are not sold by our company or not in original condition will be donated and return/exchange will not be processed

    We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges

    We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

    You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed

    We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
     
    Norway & Switzerland:
    If you are located in these countries you unfortunately are not eligible for free return shipping and would need to ship your return items to our location. Please include a note inside of the package with your order number and what you are looking to do with the returned items so that we can process the return. Please send us an email including your order number and tracking number so that we can keep record of your return to eu.support@youngla.com. All returns will be processed as a refund for customers returning in these countries. Please ship any return items to the address below:

    Once the package has been received please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
