Returning Is Easy!

We include a prepaid return label in all orders in the EU for ease of return. The return label is dependent on your location and what the general postal service area is.
All you need to do is put your items in a package, place the provided label on the package and take it to your nearest postal service that matches the return carrier.
If you are located in Norway or Switzerland you would be responsible for returning the items to our facility.

Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days from your orders delivery date as long as they are 
  • Unwashed and unused
  • Still in it's original packaging with tags
Clothing that is washed or used is not accepted. If clothing is washed or used, we will not process your return. Any returned items other than YoungLA products will be donated and your return will not be processed. Any Returns past the 30 day period will not be accepted.
Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your returns after we received them.
When returning your item(s) the original shipping fee that was paid when placing your order is not refundable (If applicable).


Norway & Switzerland:
If you are located in these countries you unfortunately are not eligible for free return shipping and would need to ship your return items to our location. Please include a note inside of the package with your order number and what you are looking to do with the returned items so that we can process the return. Please send us an email including your order number and tracking number so that we can keep record of your return to All returns will be processed as a refund for customers returning in these countries. Please ship any return items to the address below:
