Exchange
Fit wasn't quite right, or color wasn't what you thought? You can exchange to another size or color! Also if you didn't like the item you can switch it for something else!
Store Credit
Perfect if you know you'll buy something in the near future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now. This is your best option!
Refund
Just wanted to get your money back no problem!
Things To Know
- Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received by our facility
- When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.
- Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition
- Any items returned that are not sold by our company or not in original condition will be donated and return/exchange will not be processed
- We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges
- We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy
- You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed
Norway & Switzerland:
If you are located in these countries you unfortunately are not eligible for free return shipping and would need to ship your return items to our location. Please follow the steps below
- Package the items you would like to return using either the original packaging or any packaging you have that is acceptable by your postal service
- Please include a note inside of the package with your order number and what you are looking to process with the returned items
- Go to your proffered postal service and ship to the address below

Once the package has been delivered to our facility please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
